Just so happens that we are studying Marie Antionette in Western Civilazation, annd I am doing a 600 word book report on her as we speak, so she was my natural choice for
 's God save the queen contest> [link] We had to choose on of the ladies from her "Beheaded Queen" series, and here was my inspiration> [link]So apparently while her country was in just a terrible famine, and bread lines had no more bread, Marie Antionette uttered the famous quote, "Let them eat cake" But they didnt have any cake either. So she was a bit of an oppulent greedy bitch if history paints her correctly, and if she wasnt I apologize for making her head envy the cake her body is holding! |
